What were Kale Holding’s goals with the Salesforce?

Kale Holding has a wide ecosystem with dealers, sub-dealers, authorized services, architects, architectural offices, and more than 50,000 craftsmen in the middle of which it positions its customers.

With Salesforce CRM, Kale Holding’s most important goal was to strengthen the ties in this ecosystem, to create connected business experiences on a common platform, and to watch them all on a single platform. With the data obtained with this view, it was to be able to offer solutions that would increase service and product quality to all company value chains.

Why did Kale Group choose Salesforce?

Kale Group, who wants to view its entire ecosystem in 360 degrees and want to provide the best service in its service networks, chose Salesforce for its CRM platform. Kale Holding IT Director Murat Erez summarizes these choices with the following sentence:

“We use Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions at our Kale Ceramik and Kalekim companies in the Kale Group. In addition to Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, we created our B2B platforms and community platforms using the Salesforce platform. We have developed our customers, the data at every point we touch the customer, the data of our stakeholders, and all our processes within the Salesforce platform. In this way, we reached an individual and 360-degree customer view, which is one of the most important goals of the project. Another point we attach importance to in the project is that the data in every application that touches the customer with the applications we have recently implemented or changed in our group with digital transformation can easily flow to Salesforce. With the fast solutions of the Salesforce, and Ritmus team we achieved all these integrations very quickly. ”
