VitrA Karo Salesforce Customer 360 project initiated with the consultancy of Ritmus Bilişim!

VitrA Karo, the leading company of the market leader Eczacıbaşı Yapı Ürünleri group in Turkey, initiated Salesforce project with the consultancy of Ritmus Bilişim.

With the “TileSForce” project that started with the kick-off meeting attended by over 120 people from the IT and work unit teams in the second week of April, the doors of a brand new digital experience is open with the Salesforce’s sales, service, campaign and e-commerce solutions for the operations of the brands VitrA, Engers and Villeroy&Boch .

As the first Salesforce Commerce project in Turkey, “TileSForce” project stands out as an international Salesforce project covering operations of VitrA Karo in Turkey, Germany and Russia.
