The year 2024, which we are preparing to leave behind, was a year in which we added new pages to the success stories of our business partners with the transformation provided by Salesforce solutions. With the projects we implemented, we not only provided technical solutions; we also took steps to facilitate business processes, increase the efficiency of teams, and strengthen the competitive advantage of our customers.
The Salesforce Difference in Sales and Business Processes
Eczacbaşı Vitra Tile
In the comprehensive project we carried out with Vitra Karo , we implemented Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Commerce Cloud and Account Engagement solutions. Thanks to the flexibility and advanced features offered by Salesforce, we combined sales processes on a single platform. Gains such as the ability to create special customer journeys and the acceleration of offer and stock management processes contributed to the operational efficiency of the Vitra Karo team and the increase in the number of customers.
Aspen and Dendro
In the project we implemented for Aspen , one of Turkey's leading construction and flooring companies , and its newly incorporated subsidiary, laminate flooring manufacturer Dendro , we positioned Sales Cloud and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to make sales processes simpler and more functional. In this way, the complexity in the offer preparation processes was eliminated and the dynamism of the sales teams increased. We believe that this transformation played an important role in Aspen's sectoral growth.
Masdaf
We brought together the sales organization of centrifugal pump manufacturer Masdaf with Salesforce solutions. This project, which allows for the development of special strategies for different product groups and customer segments, made it possible for Masdaf to manage, monitor and report its sales processes on a single platform.
Our Technology and Artificial Intelligence Investments
The year 2024 was a period in which we strengthened our technical expertise and took new steps in the field of artificial intelligence for Ritmus. This year, we established the Ritmus AI team, which focuses on Generative AI and Predictive AI solutions on the Salesforce platform. The team quickly initiated R&D studies to develop AI-based solutions, and we gained significant momentum in this field.
Our technological development is not limited to our team; our new office that we opened in Kocaeli University Technopark was an important step that supports our R&D investments. In this environment that encourages cooperation between academia and industry, we aim to take our innovation-focused projects even further.
Our technical team has successfully completed the certification process in Data Cloud, one of Salesforce's emerging technologies. This expertise has increased our competencies in data management and analysis, allowing us to offer more innovative solutions to our customers.
Sectoral Meetings and Inspiring Events
We took part in many events that strengthened sectoral knowledge sharing and collaboration throughout 2024. In the CRM+Data+AI Talks webinar series we organized, we discussed the effects of artificial intelligence, data management, and CRM integration on business processes; We discussed the role of Tableau Analytics and artificial intelligence in sales and marketing processes.
We were in San Francisco again this year for Salesforce's flagship event, Dreamforce . Focusing on artificial intelligence, we watched inspiring sessions and demos at this event, where we had the chance to observe the new opportunities that Salesforce's innovative solutions offer to the business world.
This year, we also played an active role in local events. Innovation Day Istanbul , which we sponsored , allowed us to share our success stories with our business partners and meet with industry representatives; while the IDC Turkey CIO Summit was full of valuable exchanges on the future of IT and the rising impact of artificial intelligence in the business world.
