Which Salesforce project did you implement with Ritmus?

One of our main goals is to ensure that banks and fintechs integrate with each other in a safe, traceable and seamless manner. For this purpose, we examined global examples and conducted POC studies with many products. While doing this, we also took the opinions of the users we work with. We chose the Mulesoft product as the ideal solution due to the variety of functions it provides, ease of management and long-standing experience in the sector.

How does Mulesoft help you?​

We develop our finance applications using microservice architecture and current technologies, while continuing to transform our existing products and processes. Mulesoft provides many opportunities to monitor and manage all microservices, integrations, their security, and service metrics from a single place. Especially in our Api Plus product, Mulesoft provided us with many conveniences in terms of integration of open banking services.​
Why did you choose Ritmus, one of the Salesforce partners?
Ritmus has become a valuable business partner that we produce and develop together with the solutions it provides. It is an important partner for us, both with its command of the solutions it provides and its support in accessing the right resources.
What are your opinions about the project process you carried out with Ritmus?
Managing open services in the financial sector is an area where solutions are constantly sought and security is questioned. During this process, we came together with many different teams and made detailed evaluations. Ritmus played a key role in the realization of this project with its support at these stages and its patient involvement with us throughout the process. I thank them again for their support.
Do you have any future project plans related to Mulesoft's usage areas?
We deployed Mulesoft in development environments and started to see results very quickly. We will continue to develop the usage areas here with different products. On the other hand, we are starting to monitor our existing services more closely with the features offered by Mulesoft, so we want to provide our users with a more secure, high-performance and trouble-free integration process.

Salesforce solutions offer many opportunities for existing financial technology organizations with their global usage areas and the features they offer. I recommend the Mulesoft product especially to financial institutions looking for solutions in this field.
