Disclosure Text Within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698

As Ritmus BiliÅŸim Teknolojileri Anonim Åžirketi ("Ritmus" or "Company"); the confidentiality and security of your personal data are among our top priorities. In this context, we would like to inform you about your personal data in order to fulfill our disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK" or "Law"). Your personal data processed by Ritmus, the purposes of processing them, the recipient groups to whom they can be transferred, the collection method, the legal reason and your rights regarding the personal data in question are listed below.

For What Purposes Do We Collect Your Personal Data?

Your collected personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:


To promote the goods and services offered by our Company, to get to know the members and increase communication, to increase the image, to improve the product, service and communication, to prepare and send special promotions / promotions / campaigns and announcements to customers, to notify the changes to be made regarding the use of products and services and / or payment terms, to be able to conduct customer surveys, customer satisfaction applications and information, to use in auditing, data analysis, research, statistical studies, understanding trends, marketing and advertising services, to carry out the necessary studies by our relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by the Company and to carry out the related business processes, to plan and execute the commercial and / or business strategies of the Company, to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Company and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Company, to fulfill the obligations undertaken in accordance with the contracts we have concluded in accordance with the relevant legislation provisions, to fulfill legal obligations and exercise our rights arising from the current legislation, to provide information to public officials upon request and as required by legislation on matters related to public security, to be used as evidence in disputes that may arise

Which Personal Data Does the Company Process?

Identity Information: Your name, surname, Turkish Republic identity number, date of birth and other information provided to the Company with your explicit consent.

Contact Information: Your mobile phone number, e-mail address and address information
Financial Information: Information regarding payments and payment methods
Customer Transaction Information: Shopping/order history, order information, number of orders, invoice information, request/complaint information, comments, scores and evaluation information

Which Personal Data Do We Collect About You and Through Which Methods?

Your personal data is collected through the member registration form, registration/application forms filled out over the internet, and in the event that personal data is sent to the Company’s official e-mail address info@ritmus.com, any e-mail address belonging to the Company or the KEP address ritmusbilisim@hs03.kep.tr. In this context, the Company may request documents such as a photocopy of the ID, a document showing the address (documents such as residence, electricity bill, etc.), bank/IBAN number information, tax plate, signature circular, Trade Registry Gazette and social media account/website link from member/user candidates during the membership registration process.


Personal data is also collected by physically sending a document, physically filling out a document provided by the Company, or calling the lines numbered 0850 885 35 14 or other extension numbers belonging to the Company.

Your personal data is also collected automatically through cookies used on the https://www.ritmus.com address and its extensions. These cookies are only necessary for the visitor to use the site at full efficiency and are used to remember the visitor's preferences and do not provide any other personal data. Legal Reason for Processing Personal Data

The KVKK lists the conditions for processing personal data in the second paragraph of its 5th article. If the purposes for which personal data is processed by a data controller can be assessed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions listed in the KVKK, that data controller can process personal data in accordance with the law. In this context, in cases where the personal data processing purposes pursued by the Company can be assessed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions regulated in the KVKK, personal data processing activities are carried out by the Company. The Company does not engage in any personal data processing activities that do not fall within the scope of the personal data processing conditions.

The personal data processing conditions included in the KVKK are as follows;

The explicit consent of the relevant person, It is clearly foreseen by the laws, It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or another person who is unable to express his/her consent due to a de facto impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, It is made public by the data owner himself/herself, Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data owner.

Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?

​

Your personal data is shared with authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial authorities, enforcement authorities, police units, and suppliers, business partners and consultants from whom contracted products and or services are purchased, for the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text and through the means provided herein.

The company may share data with the consultancy organizations that it cooperates with, which receive services complementary to its activities, limited to the purposes of the activities they carry out.

The company does not transfer any data that does not concern its purposes. For example; even if we obtain it with your consent, the information about your license plate is not shared with any third party, including the persons and institutions listed above. The exception to this determination is when the transfer of the data in question is made mandatory by legislation, or when it is mandatory for a criminal investigation, or when it is requested by an official authority based on legislation and with a justification.

What are your rights?

It is important that the personal data we keep about you is accurate and up-to-date. Therefore, please notify us when there is a change in your personal data. Otherwise, we would like to inform you that we will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the data we keep in our systems. Except for the cases stipulated in Article 28 titled “Exceptions” of the KVKK, your rights within the framework of Article 11 of the Law; By applying to our Company, your personal data; You have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, to request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to object to the emergence of a result to your detriment due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the law.

How Can You Exercise Your Rights?

You can download the “Application Form” link and fill out the “application form” in accordance with your request/complaint, and send it to us via info@ritmus.com or fill out the form physically and send it to Sahrayicedit Mahallesi, Mesa Koz, Atatürk Cd. No:69 Kat:9 No:127, 34734 Kadıköy/Ä°stanbul via cargo/mail.

If you submit your request to us using one of the methods shown above, your request will be evaluated within 30 days at the latest in accordance with Article 13/2 of the KVKK and you will be informed about the subject. If your request is accepted, the necessary procedures will be carried out immediately by the data controller Company.

As a rule, requests are met free of charge, however, if fulfilling the request requires expenses, as stipulated in Article 7 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”; “If the application of the relevant person is to be answered in writing, no fee will be charged for up to 10 pages. A 1 TL processing fee may be charged for each page over 10 pages. If the answer to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the data controller cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.” The Company may request a fee in accordance with the provision.
