What was Kale Group's goal with the Salesforce project?

Kale Group has a large ecosystem in the middle of which it positions its customers. This ecosystem includes dealers, sub-dealers, authorized services, architects, architectural offices and more than 50,000 craftsmen.​​

​Kale Group's most important goal with Salesforce CRM was to strengthen the ties in this entire ecosystem, to create connected business experiences on a common platform and to monitor all of them on a single platform. With the data it obtained with this view, it was to be able to offer solutions that would increase service and product quality to all company value chains.
