Personal Data
RITMUS does not collect any personal data about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) through our Websites without your consent, except as permitted by applicable laws and regulations for the protection of your personal data, unless you choose to provide it to us voluntarily (e.g. via registration, survey, etc.).
Purpose of Use

Communication or Use of Information
With regard to your use of telecommunications services to access our website, your communication data (e.g. Internet protocol address) or usage data (e.g. information about the start, end and extent of each access as well as the telecommunications services you access) are technically generated and can reasonably be associated with your personal data. In the event of a compelling necessity, the collection, processing and use of your communication data or usage data will occur and will be processed in accordance with the applicable data privacy protection legal framework.
Non-Personal Data Collected Automatically

RITMUS will respond to reasonable requests to review your personal data and to correct, amend or delete any inaccuracies. If you have any questions or comments about the RITMUS Data Privacy Protection Policy (for example, to review and update your personal information), please click on the “Contact” link and send us your questions and comments. As the Internet evolves, so will our Data Privacy Protection Policy. We will post any changes on this page under the Privacy Policy.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Ritmus Law, application requests will be finalized according to the nature of the request and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the transaction requires a cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will be applied. In case the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection will be justified in writing or electronically.
