Why did Entek need a CRM system?

Entek is at the forefront of the new industrial revolution, developing smart devices that enable customers to use their operational data for greater competitive advantage. Entek, a 100% domestic solution provider in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IOT), needed a system with a fast, easy interface and to track all its customers on a single platform in order to manage sales processes more efficiently. Since field sales engineers are often on the road, these notifications can be sent via the Salesforce Mobile App to ensure they don't miss any updates.

With all sales data in one place, Entek can now see the sales process and performance better. With Salesforce, customer records are kept more accurate, which helps develop smarter interactions. Entek's managers can drill down to this data through dashboards and reports that display a range of key metrics, including closed opportunities, sales targets and stock levels. This information helps managers identify any skill gaps in the sales team and anticipate customer needs. Thanks to ERP integration, financial information such as invoice status and product details can also be viewed in Salesforce.
